Patna : Police are yet to arrest the three criminals who shot dead a betel shop owner Ajit Kumar, 35, on S P Verma Road under Gandhi Maidan police station, Patna, at 10.45 pm on June 10, 2017. Ajit was a resident of Ramkrishnanagar, Patna.
SHO, Gandhi Maidan police station, Priya Ranjan, said that police were yet to ascertain the reasons behind his murder though investigation was on. The SHO said that three unidentified persons were involved in his murder but they were yet to be arrested. The locals on June 11 blocked Dakbungalow roundabout for sometime to protest the murder of Ajit on busy S P Vema Road.
