Patna : Nitesh Tiwai directorial film ” Chhichhore” starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Prateek Babbar, Navin Polishetty, Tushar Pandey, and Mohammad Samad has turned out to be a major hit doing a business of over Rs 68 crore in its first week. Tiwari’s ‘Dangal” was a superhit movie.
Made on a budget of around Rs 70 crore, “Chhichhore”, a 2hr 13 film, was released on September 6, 2019, and had a modest opening day doing a business of over Rs 7.3 crore. But, it picked up from Day 2 grossing over Rs 12 crore which increased to over Rs 16 crore on Day 3. It is still going steady. The film revolves round seven friends and their college life and the problems they face.
