Nitish should have sacked Tejaswi : Marandi

Ranchi ( Jharkhand) : JVM chief and former chief minister of Jharkhand Babulal Marandi has criticized Bihar CM Nitish Kumar for joining hands with NDA to form the new government in Bihar saying it had punctured the image of Nitish, a respected face in the national politics.

Lashing out at Nitish for his lust for  power, which was evident from the hurried manner in which he formed the new government with the help of the BJP, Marandi said that if Lalu has lust for property, Nitish wants to cling to power by any means.

Marandi said Nitish should have dropped RJD Chief Lalu Prasad’ son Tejaswi Yadav from his ministry on corruption charges and should have thrown the ball in court of the RJD and thereafter  should have made his next political move which would have earned him more respect. But the way Nitish resigned and then formed new government makes it clear everything was pre- planned, Marandi said.
