Saharsa : Rashtriye Lok Samata Party (RLSP) Chief and Junior Union HRD Minister Upendra Kushwaha on July 8, 2017, said that although the people had given a massive mandate to CM Nitish Kumar in Bihar assembly polls in November 2015 the latter has ruined the state.

He lashed out at Nitish government for Inter Exams topper scam in 2016 and poor results in Inter Exams and Matriculation Exams in 2017. Nitish and RJD chief Lalu Prasad have destroyed edifice of education in Bihar, Kushwaha said while addressing a presser at Saharsa.
