Patna : Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on August 2, 2017, dircted Principal Secretaries of all the departments to accelerate the execution of decelopment works. Nitish held a high level meeting with senior officials of all the deprtments on August 2.
It was Nitish’s first meeting with Principal Secretaries of all the department after becoming the chief minister of JD(U) – NDA coalition on July 27, 2017. Nitish, earlier in the day, held discussion with his deputy Sushil Kumar Modi and other cabinet colleagues on accelerating the pace of development process. The CM was happy that the state was clocking double digit growth rate. He asked the officials to keep a close watch on utilisation of resourcess and emphasised on quick disposal of revenue related matters. Chief Secretary Anjani Kumar Singh and Development Commissioner Shishir Sinha were also present at the meeting.
