Sitamarhi : JD(U) National President and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar while addressing addressed two big election meetings in Belsand and Runnisaidpur in Sitamarhi District in NOrth Bihar on October 30, 2020, listed the achievements of his 15 years’ rule. Both the constituencies will go to polls on November 3, 2020.
Addressing a meeting on J S college, Chandauli, campus in Belsand Assembly Constituency(AC), Nitish said that the district has an engineering college and soon a medical and a nursing college will come up. There will be a veterinary hospital and shelter homes for the old persons for their proper care, Nitish said. He said foundation has been already laid for Sitamarhi Medical college and work on it is going on.
The JD(U) National President reminded the people of the law and order after sunset in Lalu-Rabri regime. It was difficult for people to step out of their houses after sunset, he said. ” Roads were in dilapidated condition and doctors and traders were not safe in RJD regime, ” he said.

“But, today, Bihar ranks 23rd on the national crime graph. We are growing @ 12.8 ./. and state’s budget has crossed  Rs 2.11 Lakh crore. Does it not denote progress?” he asked the large gathering.
” Earlier, the district remained cut off from all sides owing to floods. Now it has all weather national highway connectivity. More progressive measures will be initiated if the NDA is again voted to power,” Nitish said. He reiterated that his party’s goal  is ‘”Growth with Justice “.

The CM told the gathering said that if they want more development bring back the NDA government with massive majority.
He urged the people to vote for JD(U) nominee from Belsand AC Sunita Singh Chauhan and party nominee from Runnisaidpur Pankaj Kumar Mishra. Former minister Devesh Chandra Thakur and MLC Rameshwar Mahto accompanied the chief minister in election meetings.
