Patna : The third and final test between New Zealand (NZ) and Bangladesh scheduled to start from March 16, 2019, at Hagley Oval, Christchurch, has been cancelled following shootings by terrorists inside two mosques at Christchurch on March 15, 2019. Forty persons were killed in the firing.
Members of Bangaladesh cricket were arriving at one of the two mosques at Christchurch when gunman started firing inside the mosque. All the members of the Bangladesh cricket team are safe but the tour has been called off following the incident. New Zealand were leading the three-match test series 2-0 while they had won the three-match ODI series 3-0.
