NDA will win over 200 seats in 2020 Bihar Assembly Polls : Nitish

Patna : JD(U) National President and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar while addressing the Regional Organisation Incharges, District and Block Presidents of the party at an important meeting at 1, Anne Marg, on February 22, 2020, here, declared that the NDA will win over 200 out of the 243 seats in Bihar Assembly elections scheduled later this year.

Nitish asked the party leaders not to get worried about votes as the people of Bihar are wise enough to distinguish between right and wrong. The opposition parties neither have any issue nor any programme, Nitish said adding that the party will never compromise on its principles and ideology.

Nitish, who first listened to Block Presidents for three hours, that today the party has its presidents and secretaries at all the booths which is a great achievement. The party should utilise its organisational strength to highlight the achievements of his government during last 15 years, Nitish said.

State JD(U) President Basistha Narayan Singh, MP, National General Secretary ( Organisation) R C P Singh, MP, party leader in Lok Sabha Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lallan Singh, State Energy Minister Vijendra Prasad Yadav, were among the senor JD(U) leaders present at the meeting. State JD(U) President Singh exhorted the party workers to make the people aware of the achievement of Nitish Government.

R C P Singh said that CM Nitish Kumar is a leader having no parallel. The JD(U) workers also have no parallel, he added. Rajiv Ranjan Singh, MP, said that today the centre and other states are adopting Bihar Government’s policies and programmes.
