Bagaha : Assistant Engineer, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (NBPDCL) , Bagaha, Manoj Kumar Sao with his associates, carried out raids at various places under Nagar Parishad, Bagaha, on September 3, 2019, and registered cases under various sections of Electricity Act 2003 against four person for illegally supplying power through their power generators to illegal power consumers.
The cases were lodged against Babalu Gupta, Sunil Kumar, Lalbabu Prasad, and Madhu Nathani of different localities under Nagar Parishad, for illegally supplying power through their power generators of 25 KVA and 40 KVA to illegal power consumers particularly those who were defaulters and had not paid their electricity bills to North Bihar Power Distribution Company.
