Ranchi (jharkhand) : .Armed naxalites blew up roof of a school building using explosives at Dholabani under Sonua police station in West Singhbhum District in Jharkhand on April 3, 2020, night. The naxalites even fired at a youth Nitin Kumar, who was guarding the school building. Nitin had informed police refusing to open the main gate of the school after the rebels ordered him to open it.
The naxalites then broke open the gate and shot at Nitin injuring him seriously. He was rushed to Jamshedpur for medical treatment. After overpowering Nitin, the naxalites blasted the roof of St.Peter School. West Singhbhum SP has confirmed the naxal attack adding that the entire zone has been cordoned to flush out the rebels.
