Nawada : A Nawada court on February 12, 2018, sentenced to life imprisonment to one Ranjit Singh for killing his brother over a property dispute in April 2014. The court Additional District and Sessions Court Judge (ADJ) V, Nawada, Rajesh Kumar found Ranjit Singh guilty of murder.
Ranjit Singh shot dead his brother in an area under Hisua police station in Nawada of the district on April 22, 2014. He chopped the body into several pieces and hid them at his house. The body parts were exhumed after family members got foul smell, the APP said. Ranjit’s father Yogendra Singh alias Julum Singh had lodged a complaint with police against his son after four days of the incident.
