Nadal crushes Dimitrov to enter final of Monte Carlo Masters

Patna : World Number 1 and top seed Rafael Nadal, 31, Spain, entered the final of ATP Monte Carlo Masters 1000 tournament, Monaco, inflicting a crushing defeat on World Number 5 and fourth seed Grigor Dimitrov, 26, Bulgaria, in the semi-finals on April 21, 2018 at . Nadal beat Dimitrov 6-4, 6-1, in an aggressive display of tennis. Nadal now leads Dimitrov 11-1 head to head.

Nadal will meet the winner of the other semi-final betweem World Number 4 Alexander Zverev, 20, and World Number 36 Kei Nishikori, 28, Japan, in the final. Zverev was leading 5-3 in the first set.
