Muzaffarpur : The incessant rains during the last two days has thrown normal life out of gear in Muzaffarpur district affecting the movement of the people as well as vehicles. All the schools in the district remained closed on July 11, 2017, due to downpour during the last two days. Four persons including three children died in the district during last two days in the district. The district administration has asked for reasons behind the death from the respective Block Development Officers (BDOs) and Circle Officers (COs).
