Muzaffarpur : Police on January 19, 2018, arrested six criminals near SBI, Karja Branch, on NH 102 in Muzaffarpur district during a patrolling by a police team led by SDPO, Saraiya, Shankar Kumar Jha. Muzaffarpur SSP Vivek Kumar had received information that some criminals were planning a bank loot in the district. The SSP immediately directed the SHOs of all the police station to search for the criminals.
The arrested criminals were identified as Om Prakash Sharma, Manoj Sahni, Arun Kumar, Bipin Kumar, Ramnath Sahni and Amod Ram. Police seized five countrymade pistols, ten live rounds, six mobile phones and two bikes from their possession. All of the six criminals were wanted in different criminals cases.
