Muzaffarpur : Muzaffarpur police busted an inter-state gang of bike lifter on August 3, 2021, and recovered 9 stolen bikes from different places in the district on the confessional statement of 4 bike lifters arrested on the day.
Manoj Pandey, SDPO, East Muzaffarpur, said police has launched a drive against bike lifters and 4 bike lifters were arrested on August 3, 2021. During interrogation, they confessed their crime and police recovered 9 stolen bikes. The arrested bike lifters also revealed that they supply the stolen bikes to a person in Nepal. SDPO Pandey said more stolen bikes would be recovered soon.
