Murder case accused sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment by Ara Court

Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge X, Ara, Urmiljeet Kaur, on October 25, 2019, sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment Ram Ayodhya Singh and also slapped a fine of Rs 1,000 in a  murder case.

APP Jugeshwar Prasad Heera said that Dasai Singh along with Nishan Singh had gone to the field to attend call of nature at Englishpur Semraon village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur District on August 24, 2016. As Nishant Singh went to the handpump after attending call of nature, Ram Ayodhya Singh shot him dead. Nishant Singh was an eye witness in a murder case. Hearing both the parties, the ADJ X, Urmiljeet Kaur, awarded Ram Ayodhya Singh rigorous imprisonment and also slapped a fine of Rs 1,000 on him.
