Munger: Munger DM Udaya Kumar Singh addressing the sub-divisional officers of Munger sadar, Tarapur and Haveli Kharagpur sub-divisions of the district asked them on Sunday evening to ensure that the office of the Lok Seva Adhikar Adhiniyam starts functioning from Monday. Earlier, the DM listened to the instructions of CM Nitish Kumar through video conferencing at Suchna Bhawan on World Environment Day and Sampuran Kranti Diwas. The CM said that the new legislation for redressal of grievnces of the common people through this forum was a historical event in the country. They would not have to run to Janata Darbar any longer for redressal of their grievances.
