Patna : Former French Open & Wimbledon champion Garbine Muguruza, 27, Spain, entered the women’s singles 3rd round of US Open defeating World No 68 Andrea Petkovic, 33, Germany, in 2nd round on September 1, 2021. World No 10 Muguruza beat Petkovic 6-4, 6-2 in 2nd round.
