Patna : Madhya Pradesh government on August 29, 2017, donated Rs 5 crore to the CM Relief Fund as help to the flood affected people of Bihar. Co-operative Minister, Madhya Pradesh, Vishwas Sarang, handed over a cheque of Rs 5 crore to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar at his official residence 1, Anne Marg. CM Nitish Kumar appreciated the gesture of the MP government and thanked it for donating Rs 5 crore to the CM Relief Fund. Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi was also present on the occasion. Nineteen districts of Bihar are affected by flood.
