Buxar : Mother of four children Munni Devi, wife of Vishwaketu of Naya Bazaar under Buxar Town police station, on May 8, 2018, lodged complaint with police against her husband and in-laws alleging inhuman treatment to her by them.
Munni Devi, daughter of Rajendra Sonar of Gayghat under Brahmpur police station in Buxar district, said that she was married to Vishwaketu in 2007. Munni Devi alleged that her in-laws tortured her so much for more dowry that a case was filed in the Buxar court in the year 2008. But her husband compromised in the court and promised not to torture her hence she lived with him and have two sons and two daughters. She alleged that her in-laws and even her husband have started torturing her once again and thrash her.
