Mini Marathon organised at Muzaffarpur

Muzaffarpur : Muzaffarpur district Social Security Cell of Social Welfare Department, Bihar Government, and State Society for Ultra Poor and Social Welfare jointly organised a Mini Marathon at Muzaffarpur on February 25, 2018.

Hundreds of members of Bharat Scouts and Guides, common people and beggers of Shanti Kunir and Seva Kutir members oparticipated in the Mini Marathon flagged off byADM Rangnath Chaudhary and Assistant Director, Social Security, Manoj Kumar, at D N High School.

The marathon terminated at Shaheed Khudi Ram Bose Stadium, Muzaffarpur, after passing through Saraiyaganj Tower, Companybagh, Sadar Hospital Road, and Imlichatti area. In the Men’s section Raushan Kumar, Lallan Kumar, and Madhav Kumar bagged first, second and third position. In the Women’s section, Aanamika Suman, Raushni Kumari, and Sita Kumari, secured first, second and third position. ADM ( Disaster Management) Atul Kumar Verma urged the people to take care of elderly and differently abled person.
