Patna : Alex de Minaur, 20, Australia, has jumped 10 places to be ranked World No 18with 1,695 points in the ATP rankings released on October 28, 2019, after reaching the final of Swiss Indoors Basel, Switzerland, last week. He lost to top seed Roger Federer, Switzerland, in the final on October 27, 2019, night. Matteo Berrettini, 23, Italy, has jumped 2 places to be ranked World No 9 with 2,705 points entering the Top 10 for the first time after reaching the SFs of Vienna Open.

Reilly Opelka, 22, USA, has jumped 6 places to be ranked World No 31 with 1,363 points after reaching the semi-finals of Swiss Indoors Basel last week. Pablo Carreno Busta, 28, Spain, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World No 29 with 1,420 points after reaching the QFs of Vienna Open last week. Jan-Lennard Struff, 29, Germany, has jumped 5 places to be ranked World N0 36 with 1,200 points after reaching the Round of 16 of Swiss Indoors Basel last week.

Filip Krajinovic, 27, Serbia, has jumped 7 places to be ranked World No 39 with 1,148 points after reaching the QFs of Swiss Indoors Basel last week. But, Kevin Anderson, 33, South Africa, has dropped 24 places to be ranked World No 45 with 1,100 points. Fernando Verdasco, 35, Spain, has dropped 9 places to be ranked World No 49 with 1,025 points.

Novak Djokovic ( 9,545 points), Rafael Nadal (9,225 points), Roger Federer ( 6,950 points), Daniil Medvedev (5,740 points), Dominic Thiem (5,495 points), Alexander Zverev (4,335 points), and Stefanos Tsitsipas (3,830 points) remain World No 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 respectively. But, Thiem is now just 245 points behind Medvedev after winning the Vienna Open title on October 27, 2019.

Prajnesh Gunneswaran, India, has slipped 2 places to be ranked World No 92 with 601 points while Sumit Nagal, India, remains World No 129 with 435 points. Ramkumar Ramnathan, India,  has slipped 2 places to be ranked World No 195 with 266 points. Sasi Kumar Mukund, India, has jumped 1 place to be ranked World No 235 with 213 points. Saketh Myneni, India, has slipped 1 place to be ranked World No 260 with 173 points.
