Patna : Rajnish Kumar, 40, a Medicine Dealer, was shot dead allegedly by a Drug Stockist on busy Govind Mitra (GM) Road under Pirbahore PoliceStation, Patna, Bihar, in broad daylight on April 24, 2021. Confirming the incident, SHO, Pirbahore PS, said that Rajnish Kumar was allegedly shot dead by another drug dealer Sonu Gupta around 1.15 pm on April 24, 2021.
The SHO said that the reason behind the murder is yet to ascertained. He said Sonu Gupta, who runs Maa Durga Surgical, escaped after the incident hence yet to arrest. Police are searching for the accused, the SHO added. Rajnish was rushed to PMCH after the incident but the doctor there declared him brought dead.
