Buxar : The Buxar gang rape case has taken a dramatic turn after the medical report denied gang rape of the woman and said her five year old son had drowned to death at Ojha Barawa village under Chaugai police station in Buxar district. The medical report, however, days the woman was raped.The father of the woman, a resident of Ojha Baraw village, had filed an FIR in connection with alleged gang rape of his 30 year old daughter by five persons, who strangulated her minor son to death and threw him into the canal. Later, police had recovered the woman and body of her minor son. Even the woman confirmed the incident of gang rape and murder. Police brought the woman to Buxar Sadar Hospital for medical examination and body of her minor son for post-mortem.
Dumraon SDPO K K Singh said that the medical reports of the woman and her minor son says that neither she was gangraped nor her son was strangulated to death. Instead, the woman was raped and her son drowned to death in the canal. The SDPO said that police are investigating the matter and one of the accused had arrested and are conducting raids to arrest another accused Bheem Yadav. Police are also trying to know about three unknown accused.
