Patna : Bihar Government on December 19, 2017, relieved 2009 batch IAS officer and Additional Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhavan, New Delhi, Manoj Kumar Singh, for central deputation as Private Secretary to Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) Power, New and Renewable Energy R K Singh. The General Administration Department issued a notification to this effect on December 19 itself.
