Patna : Abhay Raj, a 2006 batch IAS officer an Additional Secretary, Prohibition, Excise and Registration Department, has been transferred and appointed Additional Secretary, Urban Development and Housing Department. The General Administration Department (GAD) issued a notification to this effect on December 16, 2019.
