Patna: A farmer of village Sahru under Dhanarua police station in Patna district Surendra Yadav, 50, was shot dead by his elder brother Devendra Yadav in a long standing property dispute on November 21. Police registered an FIR against three persons including Devendra Yadav on the statement of slain Surendra’s wife Rita Devi. Police recovered a countrymade pistol, eight live cartridges from the spot. All the accused are absconding.
