Ara : Two bke miscreants fired indiscriminately killing a man in Gangi locality under Ara Town police station in Bhojpur District on November 6, 2020, afternoon, and escaped.
The deceased was identified as Dhan Jee alias Dhananjay Ram, son of Kamakhya Ram, and was a vehicle agent at Gangi. Ara SDPO Pankaj Kumar Rawat and SHO, Ara town police station, Dharmendra Kumar rushed to the spot. Personal enmity is said to be the cause behind the incident.
SDPO, Pankaj Kumar Rawat,said that motorcycle borne armed miscreants fired and killed Dhan Jee. He said that police recovered around a dozen blank cartridges from the spot. Police investigation into the incident is on and raids are being conducting raids to arrest the miscreants, he added. Later, police brought the body to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
