Man sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment for killing driver

Ara : Bhojpur District and Session Judge A K Jha sentenced to rigorous life imprisonment Raj Kumar Pasawan of village Baghipakad under Dhobaha police outpost and also snapped a fine of Rs 70,000 on him March 9, 2017, for killing a driver Bhukhan Paswan.

Public Prosecutor, Uday Narayan Prasad, said that Raj Kumar Paswan had killed a driver Bhukhan Paswan on February 15, 2014, and hijacked his vehicle. The vehicle belonged to Deep Narayan Singh of Basantpur under Ara Muffassil police station. Later, police arrested Raj Kumar Paswan and on his revelation recovered the body of Bhukhan Paswan from a well on the outskirt of village Rajpur and recovered the vehicle.
