Man kills wife, son in property dispute at Bhojpur village

Ara : A man shot dead his wife and 22 year old son at village Labana under Sikarhatta police station in Bhojpur district on March 14. Later, police recovered the bodies and brought them over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The murderer escaped from the scene after incident. An FIR has been lodged with Sikarhatta police station in this connection. SHO, Sikarhatta police station, said that Keshav Rai had a property dispute with his wife Geeta Devi for the last several years but they had reached a compromise recently and were living together. But on March 14 morning, they again quarrelled over the same issue and in a fit of anger Keshav Rai shot dead his wife Geeta Devi and 22 year old son Halchal.
