Ara : A speeding car knocked down and killed a bicycle borne man near Dhanupura locality on Ara-Patna main road under Ara Town police station in Bhojpur District on April 19, 2020, evening. The driver of the car escaped from the spot with the car.
Later, police brought the body over to Ara Sadar Hospital for post-mortem. The deceased was identified as Manish Kumar of Dhanupura locality under Ara town police station. SHO, Ara Town police station, said that Manish Kumar was going on his bicycle when a speeding car collided head-on with it killing him on the spot.
