Man dies after consuming hooch at Gopalganj village

Gopalganj : One person died after consuming hooch at village Badka Sakhe under Uchkagaon police station in Gopalganj district on February 23, 2017, night. In fact, two persons, both natives of village Gurma under Uchkagaon police station, had consumed hooch of which one died while another person was rushed to Gopalganj Sadar hospital in serious condition. Both had gone to village Badka Sakhe to cook food for a function. It be recalled here that 19 persons had died in Gopalganj district in August 2016 after consuming hooch.
