Ara: Some miscreants assaulted one Satyendra Singh at village Khanet under Pawana police station in Bhojpur district on Sunday evening. Later, he was admitted to Ara Sadar Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. A named FIR has been lodged with Pawana police station but no arrest has so far been made in this connection. SHO Pawana police station said that Satyendra Singh of village Ahale under Narainpur police station had come to his relatives at Khanet village on Sunday where he had some tiff with other villagers who assaulted him and also attacked him with traditional weapons.
