Sitamarhi : Sitamarhi town police on January 11 arrested a miscreant Chhotu Dubey along with a stolen motorbike near village Kharka. The pillion rider escaped taking advantage of traffic jam. Chhotu was wanted in several cases since 2007, said SHO Vishal Anand. He said Chhotu Dubey is a native of ward-14 of Sitamarhi town. Police are searching for the pillion rider and his other accomplices.
