Sitamarhi: The SSB team seized thirty bottles of Nepali liquor and arrested a gunny bag carrier Kapil Dev Paswan near village Gorhari Border Outpost in Sitamarhi district on Thursday. Later, he was handed over to Bela police and was forwarded to jail. He is a native of village Chakmahila under Sitamarhi Town police station. As per Bela police, cops are seacrching for his other accomplishes.
