Mahiwal asks Muzaffarpur officials to IAY schemes by Mar 2018

Patna : Special Secretary, Rural Development Department, cum Director, Social Audit, Bihar, Rahul Ranjan Mahiwal, on February 9, 2018, reviewed progress of Manrega and IAY schemes in Muzaffarpur district with DM, Muzaffarpur, Dharmendra Singh, DDC, Shailja Sharma, and Block Development Officers (BDOs) and asked for areport in this connection.

Mahiwal, a 2005 batch Maharashtra cadre IAS officer currently on inter-cadre deputation to Bihar for three years, made it clear to officials that after March 2018 no fund will be allotted under Indira Awas Yojna and asked the officials concerned to complete all the on going schemes by March. He also ordered for holding workshop on Social Audit at the earliest.
