Lok Jagriti Prakritik Ayogya Kendra inaugurated at Ara

Ara : Additional District and Sessions Judge XIV, Ara, Narendra Kumar, on September 30, 2019, inaugurated Lok Jagriti Prakritik Ayogya Kendra run by Lok Jagriti Ara at Hari Ji Ka Hata.

ADJ Narendra Kumar said that naturopathy is the best for keeping one healthy without side effect. He said that the Lok Jagriti Prakritik Ayogya Kendra would render its service through Acupressure, Yoga, Homeopath, and Ayurved.

Dr Nirmala Sinha, Manoj Kumar, and Vikas Kumar said that Acupressure is an alternate natural therapy that could cure almost all the disease without medicine and side effects. They said that it is not only a treatment but also protection from diseases. They said that people having Waist, Knee, Back pains, Cervical Spondylitis, Gastroenteritis, Migraine and other problems are treated through Acupressure. They  said if toxins are flushed out of the body, 90% diseases are cured and added that Acupressure is an immediate result oriented therapy. They exhorted the people to go for Acupressure to lead a healthy and better life.

Kunti Sharma spoke said about the  benefits of Yoga while Usha Kumari said that allopathic medicine are creating a lot of problems too. Punita Singh, pPesident, Inner Wheel Club, Kumar Anand, Shradha Agrawal, Shreya Agrawal, Anju Kumari, and Priti Sinha also addressed the function.
