Kidnapped Khagaria trader Pankaj Sah rescued

Khagaria : Kidnapped Khagaria businessman Pankaj Sah was rescued from a riverine area on Khagaria – Naugachhia border on December 19 evening. Palice also arrested four persons including the driver of the four-wheeler used for kidnapping Pankaj on December 18 night when he was returning his Parbatta residence  from the market.

The kidnappers had demanded Rs 15 lakh for his safe release. Khagaria SP Anil Kumar Singh had constituted a task force under ASP ( Operations) t o rescue Pankaj. Police first arrested the mastermind of kidnapping Guddu Singh and on his revelation seized the four-wheeler from Begusarai district. The driver of the vehicle was also arrested from Begusarai. Two kidnappers were arrested from Naugachhia riverine belt. The kidnapers had kept Pankaj blindfolded and took him to several places.
