Keshav Ranjan Prasad appointed Secretary, BPSC

Patna : Bihar Government on June 11, 2018, transferred Chief Executive Officer cum City Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) Keshav Ranjan Prasad and appointed him Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC), Patna. Keshav Ranjan Prasad is a 2006 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre.

Anupam Kumar Suman, a 2004 batch Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer and Joint Secretary, CM Secretariat, has been given additional charge of Chief Executive Officer cum City Commissioner, PMC, until further order.

The Government has requisitioned the service of Ms Sheela Irani, Additional SP, BMP-1, from Home (Police) Department and appointed her Additional City Commissioner, PMC, until further order. Irani is a Bihar Police Service officer.

The General Administration Department (GAD) issued related notifications on June 11.
