Bhabhua : Police pasted proclamation notice on the wall of the house of two brothers at village Sau Khara under Chainpur police station (PS) in Kaimur District in South Bihar on June 19, 2021, in connection with murder of their brother and also issued last notice to them surrender before the court with a warning that their properties would be attached if they fail to abide by the order of the court.
SHO, Chainpur PS, said that Md Ali, Mubassir Hasan, and Enamul Haque, sons of Ibnul Hoda of Sau Khara village, had a land dispute for long and a partition suit was pending in the Kaimur Civil Court at Bhabhua. The eldest son Md Ali had no issue and he had left his ancestral house and lived with his in-laws. Mubassir Hasan and Enamul Haque called their eldest brother Md Ali on April 12, 2021, to Sau Khaira but talk among them over partition of properties failed.
Meanwhile, wives of all the three brothers intervened in the matter that led to violent fight among tye three brothers during which two brothers killed their eldest brother Md Ali and escaped, the SHO said. A a named FIR was lodged by Chainpur PS on the statement of Shakeela Bano, wife of the deceased, against Mubassir Hasan and Enamul Haque and ever since both of them are absconding, the SHO added.
