Patna: National general secretary of JD (U) K C Tyagi on Wednesday welcomed the Supreme Court order quashing the Centre’s order to impose President’s Rule in Arunaachal Pradesh. Tyagi said the SC has restored the Congress government which was dismissed by the NDA government. He demanded immediate dismissal of the Arunachal Pradesh Governor against whom the SC passed strictures and said the Governor had no authority to convene the session of the assembly session without consulting the cabinet. Tyagi also said the NDA government did not consult the chief minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar while appointing Ramnath Kovind as Governor of Bihar.
