Patna : Malek Jaziri, 34, Tunisia, has jumped 33 places after his excellen performance in Dubai Duti Free Tennis Championship to be ranked 84th in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) rankings released on March 5, 2018.

Roberto Bautista Agut, 29, Spian, has jumped seven places after winning the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championship Men’s singles title to be ranked 16th in the ATP rankings released on March 5 while Lucas Pouille, 24, France, has jumped three places to be ranked 12th. But, Sam Querry, 30, USA, slipped 10 places to be ranked 21st in the latest ATP rankings.

Both Roger Federer, 36, Switzerland, and Rafal Nadal, 31, Spain, retain their Number 1 and Number 2  positions with  10,060 points and 9,460 points respectively. Marin Cilic, 29, Croatia, is 3rd in the rankings with 4,870 points while Grigor Dimitrov, 26, Bulgaria, is 4th with 4,635 points. Alexander Zverev, 20, Germany, is 5th with 4,540 points while Dominic Thiem, 24, Austria, is 6th with 3,810 points and David Goffin, 27, Belgium, is 7th with 3,280 points.

Juan Martin del Porto, 29, Argentina, has jumped one place after winning Mexico Open title to be ranked 8th while Kevin Anderson, 31, South Africa, has slipped one place to be ranked 9th.

Jack Sock, 25, USA, is ranked 10th while Stan Wawrinka, 32, Switzerland, is ranked 12th and former World Number 1 Novak Djokovic, 30, Serbia, is ranked 13th in the latest ATP rankings. Pablo Carreno Busta, 26, Spain, is ranked 14th while Tomas Berdych, 32, Czech Republic, has jumped two places to be ranked 15th.

Highly talented Nick Kyrgios, 22, Australia, has slipped four positions to be placed at 20th position. But, fast emerging Hyeon Chung, 21, South Korea, has jumped three places to be ranked 26th. Veteran Feliciano Lopez, 36, Spain, has also jumped 6 places to be ranked 32nd. Fernando Verdasco, 34, Spain, has slipped 12 positions to be ranked 39th in the ATP rankings.

Yuki Bhambri, 25, India, has slipped five positions to be ranked 110 with 538 points while Ramkumar Ramnatahn, 23, India, has slipped two positions to be ranked 135th with 411 points. Sumit Nagal, 20, India, has slipped three positions to be ranked 223rd with 245 points. Prajnesh Gunneswaran, 28, India, has also slipped three positions to be ranked 235th with 221 points in the latest ATP rankings.
