New Delhi : India’s Covid-19 vaccination coverage crossed 98 Crore landmark (98,60,00,264) on October 18, 2021. More than 79 lakh (79,74,435) Vaccine Doses had been administered till 7 pm on October 18, 2021.
The daily vaccination tally is expected to increase with the compilation of the final reports for the day by October 18 late tonight.The vaccination exercise as a tool to protect the most vulnerable population groups in the country from Covid-19 continues to be regularly reviewed and monitored at the highest level, according to a PIB release. The Recovery Rate of Covid-19 patients was 98.12% on October 18 morning, the highest since March 2020.
