New Delhi : India logged 12,885 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, up from 11,903 cases on November 3, 2021. On the other hand, a total of 15,054 Covid-19 patients were declared cured / discharged in last 24 hours taking the tally of total recoveries to 3,37,12,794 in the country on November 4, 2021.
The Recovery Rate (RR) of Covid-19 patients improved to 98.23% on November 4, the highest since March 2020. India’s Active caseload dropped to 1,48,579 on November 4, 2021, from 1,51,209 cases a day before, the lowest in 253 days, according to a PIB release. Active cases accounted for at 0.43% of total cases on November 4, the lowest since March 2020.
Meanwhile, 107.63 Crore Covid-19 vaccine doses have been administered so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. The Daily positivity rate (1.21%) has remained less than 2% for last 31 days.
