Patna : India beat West Indies (WI) by a huge margin of 67 runs in the 3rd T20I at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, Maharashtra, to clinch the three-match series 2-1 on December 11, 2019, night. Chasing a target of 241 runs, WI scored 173/8 in 20 overs with captain Kieron Pollard scoring 68 runs in 39 balls hitting 5 fours and 6 sixes while Shimron Hetmyer scored 41 in 24 balls with 1 four and 5 sixes. Indian batsmen hit 16 sixes in the match while WI bastmen hit 12 sixes. WI had won the toss but opted to bowl.

Pollard fell to Bhuvaneshwar Prasad and it was 141/6. Hayden Walsh fell to Shami for 11 and it was 152/7. Khary Pierre fell to Deepak Chahar for 6 and it was 169/8.
