Patna : India were 97/4 against South Africa in the second T20I at SuperSport Park, Centurion, South Africa, after 12 overs on February 21, 2018.

Asked to bat first by SouthAfrica, who won the toss, India lost the wicket of opener Rohit Sharma for duck with the team yet to open its account. Lpener Shikhar Dhawan fell after scoring 24 in 14 balls hitting 3fours and 2 sixes with the team score reading 44. Captain Virat Kohli was out for 1 in 5 balls when the score was 45.  Suresh Raina was out for 31 in 24 balls when the team score was 90.

Manish Pandey was unbeaten on 37 in 24 balls hitting 2 fours and 2 sixes while wicketkeeper M S Dhoni was 3 not out.
