Patna : Saran DM Deepak Anand, an IAS officer of 2007 batch, was on March 19, 2017. He has been asked to join at General Administration Department (GAD) and wait for his posting. Harihar Prasad, Director, Mid-day Deal (MDM) and an IAS officer of 2006 batch, has been appointed as Saran DM replacing Deepak Anand. Vikas, Additional Secretary, Education department and an Indian Revenue Service Officer (IRS) of 2004 batch, has been given additional charge of Director, MDM. The GAD on March 19 issued a notification to this effect.
