Patna :Former chief minister Jeetan Ram Manjhi on January 11 announced HAM(S), a partner in NDA, will not participate in the proposed human chain on January 21. BJP and RLSP are supporting the human chain in
support of prohibition.
Manjhi said the party felt the Bihar’s prohibition law was draconian and even BJP had opposed it. There is no amendment in the law yet BJP is supporting human chain, which is surprising, he said. CPI workers will also join the human chain, according to a press release of the party
