Elina Svitolina, 23, Ukraine, has slipped one place and is ranked World No 5. Caroline Garcia, 24, France, has jumped one place to be ranked World No 6 while Karolina Pliskova, 26, Czech Republic, has slipped one place to be ranked World No 7. Two time Wibledon Champion Petra Kvitova, 28, Czech Republic, remains Wold No 8. Venus Williams, 37, USA, is ranked 9th while Madison Keys, 23, USA, has jumped three places to be ranked World No 10 after reaching semi-finals of French Open 2018 where she lost to Sloane Stephens.

Maria Sharapova, 31, Russia, has jumped seven places after reaching the quarter-finals of French Open 2018 to be ranked World No 23. Serena Williams, 36, USA, winner of 23 Grand Slam singles title and former World No 1, has jumped 268 places to ranked world No 183rd after reaching round of 16 of French Open.
