Patna : H R Srinivas, a 1996 batch Bihar Cadre IAS Officer and Commissioner, Tirhut Division, with additional charge of Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, has been transferred and appointed Secretary, Election Depatment, cum Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Bihar.
The General Administration Department (GAD), Bihar Government, issued a notification to this effect May 11, 2018, night. The Election Commission of India (ECI) had earlier approved Srinivas’s appointmentto the post.
